Seller's Description
This is an old used colour postcard of St. Mary the Virgin, Broughton with North Newington, Oxfordshire. Created in the fourteenth century by the family of Broughton, who rebuilt an earlier church of the twelfth century, posted on 19 April 1995 and the card still has the 25p stamp attached. It is a Beric Tempest Colourcard, printed by Beric Tempest & Co Ltd, St Ives, Cornwall, and other than a couple of very minor marks, the card is in very good condition – no creases, with only very slight scuffing to some corners.
