4849 on the underside of the lid

as the reference for the actual cistern is E48 (17), then I would strongly suggest - if it LOOKS the same style - that this is the correct model.

The only option would be to supply you the lid only at the 'cistern price', but delivery would be £15 instead of £35, saving you £20. Every little helps, I guess. Nick
