This listing is for SIX photographs of railway locomotives in standard 6x4 inch size from my extensive collection built up over 30 years.  They are high resolution 8MP digital reprints done by a commercial photo lab on quality paper, NOT at home on an inkjet printer or docking station etc.

All photos were taken at Carlisle in 2008, a popular destination for railtours due to the many scenic lines that converge there.

Working from left to right at the top of the picture grid the photos are as follows:

·           47853 ready to depart with the return “Cumbrian Fellsman” railtour back to Stafford by Compass Tours – 5 July 2008.
 

·           A double header with 47805 and 47839 departing on the return “North Fellsman” railtour back to Holyhead by Compass Tours – 23 August 2008.
 

·           47773 (D1755) on the rear of the “Cumbrian Explorer” from Birmingham by Vintage Trains – 3 May 2008.
 

·           Two railtours arriving at Carlisle together!  Left is 47839 with the “Cumbrian Fellsman” from Stafford by Compass Tours, and right is 47851 with the “Lakes, Lancaster and Blackpool Explorer” from Norwich by NENTA Traintours – 5 July 2008.
 

·           47826 backs onto the rear of the “Citadel Express” from Gloucester by PMR Tours, which was steam hauled to/from Crewe – 24 May 2008.
 

·           47760 ready to depart with the “Lakes, Lancaster and Blackpool Explorer” back to Norwich by NENTA Traintours – 5 July 2008.

Each photograph comes with a description and date on the back.  They will be sent in a hard-backed envelope for extra protection.
