These cables are handmade to order by me. They can be used for loading or saving programs to, or from, external cassette tape recorders. Allows loading of a .tap or .tzx file from a PC, tablet or mobile phone, (with an ear socket).

For the Sinclair Spectrum 16k/48k/48k+ and 128k.  Should also work with Sinclair ZX80 and ZX81 computers.  However I have not tested this.

They will NOT work with any of the Amstrad Spectrums. ie:  grey +2/+2A/+2B or +3. See my other listings for cables for these machines.

Fitted with two mono 3.5mm jack plugs on each end of a 1 metre (approximately) 2 core screened cable.  Heat shrink is applied inside the plugs to prevent shorting.  Different coloured heat shrink is on the end of each plug.

If you require a longer cable length please contact me first.

PLEASE NOTE: You may have to remove the MIC cable when loading a tape.
