Simplicity sewing pattern S9915, for Misses' dresses. This is a reissue of an original 1960s design, with added size options and cutting layouts.
Difficulty Rating: Easy.
Vintage Simplicity 1960s one-piece and two-piece dresses. View 1 Dress and View 2 overblouse feature high round neckline, front yoke with a slit opening at centre front neck edge, below elbow length kimono type sleeves and back zipper closing. Seam is tapered to a point at centre front, where yoke joins lower front section. View 1 has a slightly curved self-fabric belt in back, buttons to side front. View 2 top has a separating zipper in back. Slim skirt, dart fitted at waistline, has left side zipper closing.
Suggested Fabrics: Blends, Cotton Suede, Cottons, Crêpe, Double Knits, Flannel,
Homespun, Jersey, Linens, Pique, Sailcloth, Shantung, Textures, Wools and Wool Blends. Interfacing: Lightweight Sew-In (opt.)This pattern is available in a choice of two size
combinations; K5(8,10,12,14,16) or Y5(18,20,22,24,26).
