Simplicity sewing pattern 8509, for Misses' retro 1950's coat or jacket, with sleeve variations.
This pattern is new and uses modern sizing, but the design is taken from a 1950's original.
This roomy Misses' coat or jacket with shawl collar is straight from the 1950s. Coat, View A has three-quarter length raglan sleeves with turn-back cuffs. Jacket, View B has long raglan sleeves with turn back cuffs. Welt pockets trim Views B and C. View C closes with one button at neck and has a band at lower edge of the one-piece raglan sleeves.
This pattern is available in a choice of size
combinations; H5(6,8,10,12,14) or R5(14,16,18,20,22). Please see below for
