Simplicity 9686/0675 sewing pattern. This 1996 dated pattern can be used to make a Misses' Set Of Shorts in 5 Styles, in sizes 10, 12 and 14.
The pattern is uncut and factory folded.

The instructions are in English. (Note that the rear of the envelope is written in English and French but there are no french instructions in the envelope.

From the rear of the envelope:

MISSES' SET OF SHORTS WITH OR WITHOUT PANELS:
Shorts have front and back darts and waistline facing. A, Band C have side zipper. D and E have back zipper. B with front and back panels has front patch pockets and tie. C has center front panel with button trim. D has mock wrap front panel and button trim. E has tie front side panels.

Fabrics:
Baby Cord, Batiks, Broadcloth, Chambray, Cotton and Cotton Blends, lightweight Denim, Madras, Pinwale Corduroy, Seersucker, Challis. A and D also in Corduroy.
Not suitable for obvious diagonals. Extra fabric needed to match plaids, stripes or one-way design fabrics. For pile, shaded or one-way design fabrics, use with nap yardages/layouts.

Notions:
Thread, 7" zipper, hook and eye, one pkg. 1/2" wide twill tape C: Six 5/8" to 3/4" buttons. D: One 5/8" to 3/4" button.

The envelope has some wrinkling and corner wear.
The envelope is stamped "Fanny's Fabrics Patterns Non returnable" And someone has written "Free" on the front of the envelope.

Please Note that I ship patterns via letter mail, in a plain envelope and the listed postage is for that method. My Patterns are stored in a plastic storage bags and they are shipped in the same bag placed inside of a standard envelope. If you require any other packaging/shipping please let me know prior to paying for the item
