Simplicity 5476 Pattern WINDOW TREATMENTS

Fabrics: 45” or 54” (115cm or 140cm) wide with nap such as: Shades A, B, C, D in Linen and Linen Types, Jacquards, Canvas, Barkcloth, Chintz. Shade E in Voile, Chiffon. Valance A, B, C in Lawn, Chintz, Sateen, Broadcloth, Moire.

When using print fabric with a design repeat, allow extra fabric to arrange valance sections as desired and when window shades will be close to each other, make sure the predominant designs are at the same level.

A, B, C, D- Fits window 35” (89cm) and 40” (102cm) wide, E- fits window up to 35” (89cm) wide. Shades finished length is 54” (138cm). B- featured in double window. For A, B, C, D- See Guidesheet to adjust pattern tissue, if desired.

Notions for all Roman Shades: Staple gun and staples; small hammer; craft glue; Mounting board- one piece of hard wood ¾” x 1½” (2cm x 3.8cm) exactly 1” (2.5cm) shorter than the width of the window (inside placement); one pkg. inside mount shade brackets; three screw eyes; two nails with heads that will fit into shade brackets pivot hole; small electric drill with drill bits slightly smaller than the size of screw eye threads and the nails; one cord cleat; A, B, C, D- Slat- one ¼” x 7/8” (6mm x 2.2cm) wood for lower slat and six 3/16” (4mm) diameter dowels all ½” (1.3cm) shorter than the width of the shade; Poly cord- 8½ yd (7.80rn) for 35” (89cm) wide window and 8¾ yd (8.l0m) for 40” (102cm) wide window; E- Poly cord- 6¾ yd (6.l0m).

A- Tri Valance (each of two different fabrics)- 1-1/8 yd (1.10m) for 45” (115cm) wide fabrics, 7/8 yd (0.80m) for 54” (140cm) wide fabrics
Piping- 3-7/8 yd (3.50m) of ¼” (6mm) wide.
Notions: Thread, double standard curtain rod.

B- Standard Valance (Swags and One Valance Center for Single Window)- 5 yd (4.50m) for 45” or 54” (115cm or 140cm) wide fabrics; Add 1-3/8 yd (1.20m) of fabric for each additional valance center section.
Notions: Thread, one 2½” (6.3cm) deep Continental curtain rod.

C- Scallop Valance (Center and Swags)- 2¼ yd (2.00m) for 45” (115cm) wide, 1-7/8 yd (1.70m) for 54” (140cm) wide fabrics;
Piping- 5 yd (4.60m) of ¼” (6mm) wide
Notions: Thread, double standard curtain rod.

A, B, C- Roman shade (one)- 1¾ yd (1.60m) each of fabric and lining
A, B- Wrights® Roman Shade Tube tape- 8¾ yd (8.00m)
C- Wrights® Ring tape- 5 yd (4.60m)

D- Roman shade- 2¼ yd (2.l0m) each of fabric and lining.
Notions: Thread, twenty one ½” (1.3cm) plastic rings.

E- Sheer Roman shade - 4-1/8 yd (3.80m).

The pattern pieces are in good unused condition.

The instruction sheet is in good condition.

The envelope is in fair condition, the front has a small scribble on it and there is a small rip on the top by the flap. It has been stamped by the fabric shop. (See Pictures).

The pattern package weighs 4.0 ounces (116 grams). Shipping weight will be 145 grams. The pattern envelope measures approximately 8½ X 5¼ X ¾” inches (21.5 X 13.5 X 2 cm).

Also, whenever possible, I show pictures of the front & rear of the pattern envelope, the Cutting guide and the size chart. The suggested materials and notion lists are also supplied in my listings.

Please Note that I ship patterns via Canada Post letter mail, in a plain envelope and the listed postage is for that method. My Patterns are stored in a plastic storage bags and they are shipped in the same bag (if weight allows) placed inside of a standard envelope. If you require any other packaging/shipping please let me know prior to paying for the item.

Of course, as always, I combine shipping and all stated postage includes free insurance.
