Silver Plated Sugar Tongs / Nips c.1923

A pair of sugar tongs with pretty decoration. Marked inside 'NS', with a crown, 'EP', then another crown. It has a registered number '696033' for c.1923. One spoon end is a little sharp at the tip from wear but otherwise in good condition.
