This autograph dates back to 2008 and as such, we have done our best to verify the signatures authenticity.

In regards to the signature, this has definitely been signed by hand and matches with many examples Alan Shearers signature we found online. 

The COA is of an older style that seems to predate holographic verification. The name and address of the person who obtained the signature in 2008 was valid at that time of the COA's issue. The issuer of the COA was a company called U Autographs.

Just to confirm, we believe this to be a genuine signature signed by Alan Shearer in person and not a printed signature (print), auto-pen, rubber stamp, etc. However, if you purchase this and after receiving it have any doubt, you have two weeks to return this from receiving it to receive a refund (not including postage). Returns will be accepted as long as it is the same item returned as you received and in the same condition. Return postage is paid by the customer.
