Our kits fit perfectly, this is because they are injector specific and NOT universal kits.
The seals are exacting in grade of Viton for your injector; 70-90 Shore rated.
Mr Injector UK services a wide range of petrol injectors - standard port, high pressure (GDI, FSI, etc), Siemens / Bosch Piezo, side feed, K Jetronic, air-assisted, hose to rail injectors from the 1960s onwards (including seized injectors) and cold start injectors. Seal Kit 194
We have designed this kit to suit Siemens Deka small injectors that require a very small filter basket and the same-sized seals at the top and bottom. This also has applications in some marine engines with injectors requiring the small filters.
The seals are made of Viton.
Please check that your filters are 6mm wide x 7mm in length, if not, we have other Siemens Deka kits available with larger filters - Kit 2/S, Kits 195-198.
