Shabby Chic Vintage Stoneware Casserole Dish

Lovely old stoneware casserole dish in a tan glaze. No maker's mark, just stamped 'Fireproof British'. It has lots of lumps, bumps and flaws, with two chips on the lid which are glazed over. There is also a line on the glaze inside but I can see no sign of a hairline on the outer glaze. All the imperfections are from production and not damage. A nice shabby chic item. Height without lid 14cms, width 16.25cms, width at base 10cms. Please note this is a heavy item.
