Seller's Description
Original 9 3/4 inch by 7 5/8 inch Portrait of OLIVE SLOANE in the 1950 Roy Boulting Thriller SEVEN DAYS TO NOON.
The portrait is by Len Lee with his stamp on the reverse.
A professor (Barry Jones) becomes wary of the nuclear weapons he is helping build, steals a warhead and threatens to detonate it in London in seven days unless the government begins nuclear disarmament. The film is distinguished by Gilbert Taylor's crystalline photography and expert performances from Olive Sloane as Goldie Phillips, a faded 'good time' girl, replete with fox furs; André Morell and, above all, Barry Jones as the anguished Professor Willingdon.
The portrait is in fine condition.
