The Magazine is approximately 8-1/4 X 10-15/16 inches and 40 pages long, weighs 110 gr.

This is in fair condition but I see the following: Page 37/38 has most of it cut-out and missing. Page 3/4 is ripped most of the way at the binding..

I see no writing or marking in the Magazine. The Covers are in fair condition with minor folding, scuffing and denting.
