Original 10 inch x 8 inch Black and White Still of JEAN SEBERG in the 1957 Otto Preminger Historical Drama SAINT JOAN, based on the play by George Bernard Shaw with a screenplay by Graham Greene.
The story of 15th-century French heroine Joan of Arc, a young farm girl who heard voices telling her to lead an army against the English occupying forces and crown the dauphin king of France. However, Joan was tragically betrayed, and subsequently burnt at the stake.
The still is in very good condition with minor marking in the lower right corner.
