RETURNS:- if you are unsatisfied with your purchase I will consider and review returns on most items based on merit, but items damaged AFTER I have dispatched them (i.e. not by us) are non-returnable and any losses should be claimed directly from the carrier; ALSO, any reimbursement will not include return postage costs (to be met by the buyer) and will be conditional upon successful return of the items in most cases.
