I would grade this as:
Sleeve: Replacement card sleeve
Vinyl: VG+
I use the following to grade my vinyl:
Excellent (EX) The record shows some signs of being played however there is very little lessening in sound quality.
The sleeve may have very slight wear or creasing
Very Good (VG) The record has obviously been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and slight scratches
The sleeve will have normal wear and tear without any major defects
Good (G) The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and scratches
The sleeve suffers from folding, scuffing of edges, spline splits or discolouration etc.
+ or - indicates very slightly better or worse than the described grade.
