Seller's Description
CHA0208 Original 1965 antique letter from the private secretary of Lord Cromer thanking the fan for writing for an autograph of Rowland Baring (Lord Cromer) and including it as a 3" x 2" card personally signed by Lord Cormer from nearly 60 years ago. The letter has a fault where there is a brown line running across the top of the region (see scan) so whilst otherwise very good this is strong and must be allowed - the card hand signed by Lord Cromer is absolutely mint - It has a 1965 date frank on reverse. You will never get better lifetime authenticity than an autograph from the offices of Lord Cromer. (scan shows the card resting with the letter but this is just how I have laid it to be scanned)
