ROMANCE IN LACE (AMELIA) by Pauline Parsons - All the radiance of a classic beauty on her wedding day.
Authentically gowned in real lace dipped in fine porecelain*. Painted entirely by hand to re-create the opulence of the era
* NOTE, due to extremely delicate nature of this process, the dipped lace has dopped from the figurine over the years - see photos 11 to 13 to see where it has detatched on her headdress, bouquet and dress hem.
This figure was purchased by my wife in 1993, I have all the documentation that went with her purchase, including the receipts for monthly payments. The original cost price was £148.00. (paid for by monthly instalments)
There is the original full-colour advert from Sunday Magazine and a copule of letters from Franklin Mint
But the most important document is the Certificate of Authenticity which is also included.
Although I no longer have the original packaging, I will bubble-wrap and box and send by Royal Mail using their Medium Parcel, Tracked 48 service.,
