Seller's Description

ZX866 Antique circa 1910 Specimen Copy of the Cobden Billiard Room (named after politician Richard Cobden) - please note it has middle lines where the card appears to be lifting centrally but it is firmly adhered - its hard to describe but this card is almost like a wood postcard - its really hard cardboard and quite thick and the pool tables etc are raised above the card in a relief effect - so whilst aged and faults as above graded good plus (perhaps bordering vg minus if allowing) this card is totally unique and a real character billiard players souvenir from the very early 1900s (please see both sides scanned). Giant Specimen Copy publishers frank on reverse.

This has come from a giant antique postcard snooker and pool collection where the owner had amassed probably one of the greatest snooker collections of its kind - Please see all my other antique snooker and pool postcards at my store from this same former owner.
