British rock band formed as Death Cult in 1983 in Bradford, West Yorkshire. Officially became known as The Cult in Jan 1984. If you love the Cult, Holy Barbarians, or Ian Astbury, this is a must have video! Basically, the video runs chronologically through the Cult's finest material. Rock On Sweet Soul Sister! I have listened to The Cult for ten years now and this video is a must have for any Cult fan, it has all their greatest hits, BUY IT!!!! Although this video is not a live performance, it is a collection of what are the best songs from their catalog. It has Ian Astbury and the band in their prime, and they deliver the goods MTV style.
