The caption reads: RISING FALCON (noseband) with RON HUTCHINSON in the saddle comes home to win THE H S PERSSE MEMORIAL STAKES at KEMPTON from REGAL STEP (centre) DES CULLEN up, with GRINLING GIBBONS (right) GREVILLE STARKEY finishing 3rd.
Dated 29th May 1976. Fair condition although it has suffered some browning with age.
