Precision 90 Degree Angle Jig for Proxxon Hot Wire Cutter

For all model makers who require accurately 90deg. cut angles in their foam board, this is our second jig addition for the Proxxon Hot Wire foam cutter.

This precision laser cut jig is built from Medite Premium grade 6mm MDF. 

The jig locates into the Proxxon guideway to provide a solid fence to cut from. It has a slot cut into the upright so that the Proxxon slide hot wire angle can be adjusted to suit.

The jig can be supplied fully assembled and calibrated, pre-finished or in kit form for self assembly and finishing.

The raw version is straight from the laser cutter with no finishing. It will show the coloured residue from the cutting process. This is no detriment to the finished product, but gives the buyers the option to sand the parts themselves, or leave as is.

The pre-finished option comes with the parts either sanded, to remove the residue, or with masking tape on the front face to keep a clean finish.

The finished version comes completely built and finished with sealer and lacquer to the working surfaces.

The jig will require wood glue and/or superglue to assemble for kits(not supplied)
