Seller's Description

This is a postcard showing a view of the Bunker Hill Monument, Boston, USA. This was erected to commemorate the Battle of Bunker Hill in 1775, the first major engagement between the Americans and the British forces during the American Revolutionary War/American War of Independence (see more here).  The card was published by the Rotograph Co. in New York, with an undivided back, and posted to the UK in 1907.

The card is in fair condition, with minor wear to the corners and edges.    There is some loss to the bottom right hand corner.

Please see some other US items, currently on sale, as well as other military items.
