Seller's Description
This is a postcard marking an exhibition held in Paris in 1942, during WW2, by the Vichy French authorities. The front shows (I think) a commemorative medallion, while the back has two cachets dated 5 July 1942.
The card is in fair condition with minor wear to the corners and edges, and some marks on the back. Note that the red arrow pointing at one of the cachets is attached lightly to the card, not printed.
