Seller's Description
This is a very old unused black and white/sepia postcard of Port Ling on the Solway, Kirkcudbrightshire. I don't know the exact age of this card, but it must be from around the 1920s or so, as it asks for a 1d stamp, which was the postage rate at that time. It is a Valentine's Real Photograph Post Card, by Valentine & Sons Ltd, Dundee and London, numbered 202268jv and other than a small scuff at the top left and a couple of very minor marks, including faint album marks, the card is in very good condition.
