Published by Valentine-Black Co Ltd, Toronto, Bond Street Series, No 213580, photo registered in 1931, c.1930s.
Postally used on 29 June 1948 with Winnipeg cancellation on violet rose 3c stamp and sent to Miss Vi May, 50 Connaught Avenue, Mutley, Plymouth, England.
Good condition, with very slight corner bumps, but very light knock to left end of top edge.
