PEUGOET U09 TROPHY CLASSIC 10 SPEED RACING BIKE 1980
Purchased new in 1980, One Owner
The bike specification is, more or less, as it left the factory: the exceptions being the wheel rims, which were upgraded to alloy, but using the original hubs. The seat, rear cassette/chain and other service items have been changed over the years.
The cycle is in working order and sports all the battle scars of a 45 year old bike, especially on the frame, which has not been restored. I do have a set of frame transfers to go with the bike, should you wish to strip and restore the frame and I also have replacement black fabric handlebar tape, which is close to the origanal specification and comes with the bike.
I am happy to send detailed pictures of all components, if required. Please note that the bike has my old postcode (YO3 6YT) etched on some of the components.
