*Delivery
All personalised items have a processing time of 1-3 working days , so the item can be personalised , then they are dispatched by Royal Mail using 48hr Service. A tracking number will usually be provided once dispatched. All items are sent out from the UK , I currently only deliver to the UK.

*Returns / Cancellations
I DO NOT accept Returns or Cancellations of personalised items due to their very nature. But if an item has arrived incorrect , or damaged please contact me and I will help remedy this.
