Postally used on 15 February 1930 with Draguignan cancellation on red 50c and blue 40c stamps and sent to Miss F.M. Williams, Park Villa, 40 Westridge Road, Southampton, Angleterre.
Good condition, with very slight corner bumps, but crease to bottom left corner.
