The Panasonic SC-PMX4DB is a stylish system, packed with the very latest in Hi-Fi technology including USB recording and playback and Bluetooth. The system also comes with an iPod cradle and produces plenty of power through two high-quality three -way speakers. This system features two very impressive 3-way bass-reflex speakers that each produce a very powerful 80W RMS. Each speaker features a large 14-inch PP-MICA woofer combined with a long 19.5cm bass reflex tube. Together, these create deep and very powerful bass that gives music a real kick. Each speaker also contains a tweeter with neodymium magnet to ensure clear, precise vocals, while the speaker's specially designed housing helps to absorb unwanted resonances. Connect a USB device or compatible mp3 player to this system, and you can rip audio straight from a CD onto the device. Transferring audio from CD to USB is four times as fast as playback and the system also copies album and song information for you. You can also play mp3 files from a USB device too. This system comes supplied with the Panasonic SH-PD10 iPod cradle. Simply connect a dockable iPod to the cradle and you can fill the room with your favourite songs. There is also a music port for playing other mp3 players and portable music devices through the system. This system also features a CD player that can play CD-R and CD-RW discs as well as MP3 files stored on a CD. The CD player's MASH 1-bit D/A conversion system produces excellent sound quality that other micro system's struggle to match.
