np26 This is a specialist first day cover from the Palmpex 1982 Exhibition from Christchurch with accompanying postcard both showing two blocks of four stamps from WR Bock and which represent the first block of stamps produced in New Zealand designed and engraved by WR Bock .. both are identical souvenirs but one has had the special commemorative frank for the souvenir dated the 15th May 1982 - one has some places to allow mainly whilst obtaining commemorative frank so graded vg but be aware has lower left indent to small corner - its main fault - the other mint - both sides scanned for your full examination
