Original British 30 inch x 40 inch Quad Poster for the 1969 Joshua Logan Western Musical PAINT YOUR WAGON, based on the book by Alan Jay Lerner and starring Clint Eastwood, Lee Marvin, Jean Seberg, Ray Walston, Harve Presnell, Tom Ligon, Alan Dexter, William O’Connell, Ben Baker, Alan Baxter and Roy Jenson.

Brian Sanders was born in London in 1937, where he attended St. Olave’s Grammar School, by Tower Bridge. Whilst still at school Sanders studied at the respected Sir John Cass College of Art in Whitechapel before embarking upon a junior career in advertising. In 1959 he began working as assistant to photographer, Adrian Flowers who was a well-known photographer. He also joined Artist Partners, a leading London Creative agency set up in 1950.
