A fascinating and rare issue entirely dedicated to the Moscow Conference of 1943. In the ‘Statement of Atrocities’, reprinted on the last page, it was declared: “Whatever government will exist in Germany on the day when Germany is granted an armistice - every German officer, every German soldier, every member of the Nazi Party - whoever is guilty as instigator or accomplice in war crimes, mass murders or executions, each of them will be handed over to the country where he committed his heinous crime”. 

Authenticated by Klaus Kirchner, with his hand stamp in the lower right corner. 

Folded in half, marginal tanning, some light creasing and minor edge-wear.
