this is a used hard case pouch only w/ the plastic holder for the one touch verio flex meter........... came with a delica lancing device but the delica plus device does fit in there........you slide it up into the holder and it will hold it in place at the longer thinner section above or below the slider part...where the green button is.....stays in there firmly.........this case has been fully cleaned with bleach,alcohol and detergent........the plastic meter holder has scuffs scattered around...........the case inside is nice...........the outside bottom still has some issues........fully cleaned but is not perfect but not trashed either......................see pics...........
