Published by H.M. Office of Works, London, No 11.
Postally used on 17 September 1928 with double circle Burgess Hill cancellation on red one penny stamp and sent to Miss Stening, Burnt House, Cowfold, Horsham.
Fairly good condition, with slight corner bumps, but knock and light creasing to top right corner and bend to centre of top edge.
