a small bungee is supplied to stop small handle carts from rattling inside the carabiner which swings from the shackle around the cart handle back to the shackle as in the last picture which shows by the white band that the carabiner is the extra large 180mm one , this is soley used to stop rattling on some carts

total towing set consists of

1 x 160  marine grade steel carabiner

1 25mm marine grade steel d shackle 

2 marine grade steel 25mm clevis pins

1 unique heavy duty aluminium bar 300 x 25 x 25mm

the bar simply slips into the chair rear 25mm bracket attachment and has a full 360 degree installation ability as has holes drilled on all sides to take your hand screw lock no matter where it is positioned on your model scooter
