Published by O. Ziegler, Königsberg in Preussen, No 172298.
Postally used on 13 October 1915, presumably Military use as no stamp, with Königsberg cancellation and sent to Frau Emma Blank, 11 Varzinerstrasse, Berlin-Friedenau.
Very good condition, with very slight corner bumps.
