As written, in pencil, on the reverse side

The only information I can find about this person is,if I am correct, that he was born c.1898 at
Blaina, Monmouthshire, so would be aged 18 in this image.

He is wearing a badge on his left lapel that appears to have a Crown at the top of it

I have not been able to find out any more details

This is just one from a group of cards that had strong links with the Ebbw Vale area of Wales
