McCalls 5024 sewing pattern titled "Carefree Patterns". This 1976 vintage pattern, will make a maternity unlined jacket, top, skirt, pants or shorts and panties in a size 18 (40 inch bust). Parts of the pattern, for the top, have already been cut out for you. the rest of the pattern pieces are uncut or untrimmed.

MATERNITY UNLINED JACKET, TOP, SKIRT, PANTS OR SHORTS AND PANTIES
Jacket has shirt-type collar, buttoned front bands, patch pockets and button trimmed sleeve tabs. Yoked top has buttoned back vent. Skirt, pants or shorts have zipper in back seam opening and purchased maternity stretch panel. Panties have elastic in upper and leg opening casings.
