Shipping

Please note that courier shipping prices are for UK MAINLAND only, it does not include Highlands, Northern Island , Channel Islands, Guernsey or non mainland UK destinations, please ask before purchasing and we will let you know the cost of shipping. Items shipped by Royal Mail are the same as listed.

All other countries other than mainland Britain - please contact us for the latest shipping cost before you buy.

Payment

We aim to ship all items within 1 working day of your order being placed. To ensure your products are dispatched as quickly as possible please be sure to specify the correct delivery address when purchasing.

We send orders to PayPal addresses only. If your EBID address and PayPal address are different please make sure to update PayPal so you receive the item at the correct address, as we are unable to use a different address after the order has been placed.

If an item is faulty we will replace it or refund the cost. For more information, please refer to our return policy. We would value the opportunity to resolve any issues, in the unlikely event that you do have a problem with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us before leaving negative feedback.

Returns Policy

We accept returns up to 14 days from receipt of the item. On Buy It Now items please test immediately on receipt. Please note most of our items are used and may have signs of wear. We will try to higlight any major faults in the listings. Records and Disks may have light scratches but woul be in working order. In the unlikely event the item reaches you broken or damaged (unless it is stated UNTESTED or sold with a fault) we will need you to contact us and we will let you know how to send the item back to us for testing. You will need to pay for the return shipping, once it has been received. We will refund the postage up to a certain value depending on the item and only if it is faulty or not as described, you will be advised on contact, and PLEASE RETAIN PROOF OF POSTING. Once tested and checked and it is found to be faulty we will refund you in full within 5 working days normally sooner. We try our best to describe any faults as clearly as we can, the cosmetic issues may include sticker marks, scuffs, scratches etc.

For items lost or damaged in transit ie damaged in the post we will refund you once we have spoken to you or replied to your email confirming the damage. We obtain proof of posting on all our deliveries and will claim with the courier. Please note: in this event the courier may contact you for confirmation. We mark all of our items, record serial numbers and take detailed photo of items for our records. The item must be returned in the original packaging and contents where applicable, if you are unsure please contact us.
