Original British 30 inch x 40 inch Quad Poster for the 1969 John Sturges Sci-Fi Film MAROONED, based on the novel by Martin Caidin and starring Gregory Peck, Gene Hackman, Richard Crenna, David Janssen, James Franciscus, Lee Grant, Nancy Kovak, Mariette Hartley, Scott Brady, Craig Huebing and John Carter.

Poster art by Howard Terpning. Howard Terpning was born November 5, 1927, in Oak Park, Illinois. He is an American painter and illustrator best known for his paintings of Native Americans. He studied at the Chicago Academy of Fine Arts and the American Academy of Art in Chicago. In 1962, he began working as a freelance artist creating magazine covers, story illustrations and advertising art for publications such as Reader's Digest, Time and Newsweek.
