Here we have a booklet containing 1989 stamps issued to commemorate the 25th Anniversary of Accession of Grand Duke Jean.  It contains 1 pane of 4 x 3F and 1 pane of 4 x 9F together with 1 pane with one each of 3F and 9F and 2 labels.

The booklet is in good condition.

The compensation included by Royal Mail in their standard services is now only £20 therefore any item or combination of items which exceed £20 will have to be sent via a tracked method of shipping.
