Original U.S. 27 inch x 41 inch 1-Sheet Poster for the 1980 Rainer Werner Fassbinder Drama LILI MARLEEN, based on the novel “Der Himmel hat viele Farben” by Lale Andersen and starring Hanna Schygulla, Giancarlo Giannini, Mel Ferrer, Karl-Heinz von Hassel, Christine Kaufmann, Hark Bohm, Karin Baal, Udo Kier, Erik Schumann, Gottfried John, Elisabeth Volkmann, Barbara Valentin and Helen Vita.

The film is set during the Third Reich and is about the forbidden love between the German singer Willie (Hanna Schygulla) and the Swiss Jewish composer Robert Mendelssohn (a character based on Rolf Liebermann), who actively seeks to help an underground group of German Jews.

The poster is in fine folded condition.
