VIOLET CHINTZ - sugar and creamer – LEFTON
This is a large oval SUGAR and CREAMER set in the famous VIOLET CHINTZ pattern. They are made by LEFTON China and decorated with gold trim, tiny violets and green leaves. The sugar bowl is approximately 3" tall (to top of finial) and 5" long across handles. The cream pitcher is approximately 2 ¼" tall and 4" long from tip on spout to outside of handle.
Both are handpainted with the well known blue and gold crown like those used 1956-1967 and the number 663V on the bottom.
These appear to be in good condition as I find no chips, cracks or crazing but there is a little gold loss.
