ROSE CHINTZ - anniversary cup & saucer – LEFTON
This is an ANNIVERSARY CUP AND SAUCER in the famous ROSE CHINTZ pattern. They are made by LEFTON China and have a gold trim on the rim of both the cup and saucer with tiny red roses and green leaves inside the saucer and outside the cup. The cup has gold trim around the base and on the handle and happy anniversary is in gold on the outside of the cup. The cup is approximately 3" tall and 3 ½” across. The reticulated saucer is approximately 6" across.
Both are handpainted with the well known blue and gold crown like those used 1956-1967 and the number 2425 on the bottom.
These appear to be in EXCELLENT condition as I find no chips, cracks, crazing or gold loss.
