Original 1964 Polish 11 1/4 inch x 33 1/4 inch Poster for the 1962 Pierre Etaix Comedy LE SOUPIRANT (THE SUITOR), a re-make of Buster Keaton's silent classic, "Seven Chances" and starring France Arnel, Pierre Étaix, Laurence Lignières, Claude Massot, Denise Peronne and Karin Vesely.
As a tribute to Buster Keaton, Etaix fashioned this lovable story of a privileged yet sheltered young man (Etaix) who, under pressure from his parents, sets out to find a young woman to marry—though he has a hard time tearing his mind away from the famous singer whose face decorates the walls of his bedroom.

The poster is in good folded condition with separation along some folds which have been repaired from the reverse with archival tape.
