Published by Veuve Durand & Cie, Clermont-Ferrand, No 268, printed by Ernest Le Deley, Paris.

Postally used on 24 September 1908 with Ébreuil cancellation on green 5c stamp and sent to Mademoiselle Alphonsine Chavelet, Bellenaves, Allier and with receipt postmark for Bellenaves on the following day.

Very good condition, with very slight corner bumps.
