Published by Lévy Fils et Cie, Paris, No LL 5.

Postally used on 24 August 1913 with Le Grand Fresnay cancellations on red 10c stamp and sent to Mrs Hughes, Coed Celyn, Conway, North Wales, Angleterre and redirected to Derw Mill, Llandysul with double circle Conway postmark on the 26th.

Fairly good condition, with slight corner bumps, but crease to top centre, top left and top right corner.
