Fab flower print pattern in shades of red, pinks, navy, white. 

Fab pleating to the front bodice, Puff sleeves, Square front neck line. 

Garthering to the waist seam area to give the skirt a full floaty look.
 
When laid flat the dress measures 17.75" from seam to seam at the bust, 15.5" from seam to seam at the waist seam
